Did you know that you can donate coupons to overseas military families, even your expired coupons? Here’s a little information about the Overseas Coupon Program:
Our program serves military families by assisting you to forward “manufacturer’s coupons” to overseas military bases. These bundles of coupons are placed on tables, at the PX and Commissary, or handed out for use by military members and families on base. This helps the family save valuable dollars and stretch their budget.
This is not a tax deductible charity. This is a patriotic charity. You are supporting the service person and their family by sending coupons that you do not use, and all of the extra ones that you can find, to them.
There is no minimum donation size. Even the smallest donation, when combined with the donations of other individuals, will make a difference in the lives of many military families serving our country overseas.
Plus expired coupons are accepted! It is recommended that you not send any coupons older than 2 months expired on the date of shipment.
Please remember to clip the coupons before sending them in! For more details on how to donate, read the Overseas Coupon Program's participation info here. You will also find a list here of various base addresses that you can choose to send your donation to.
