Day 5: Galaxy Granola Review & Giveaway

Galaxy Granola is pioneering a movement: fruit not fat.  Their line of tasty granola is baked in fruit rather than oil which cuts the fat by up to 70% as compared to competitor granola products!  I sampled the Vanilla Almond and the Maple Pecan Quinoa.  Both were delicious, but the Vanilla Almond was my favorite and the best granola I had ever had!  I love almond  and this had a wonderful strong - but not overpowering - pure almond flavor.   This stuff is so yummy that I eat it right out of the bag like it's popcorn!  It's also good over milk of course and we even tried it sprinkled over ice cream (yummy, although I guess that kind of cancels out the low fat part!).

Galaxy Granola is also available in Raspberry, Not Sweet Vanilla, and Cranberry Orange (mmm, I would love to try that one!).  You can find it in health food stores like Whole Foods or buy it directly from the Galaxy Granola website.   You can also visit the website to sign up for the chance to win a free sample (up to 1000 free sample coupons are awarded every month)!
