Mmmm, this is the frosting I used for my son Peter's third birthday party and it was amazing. We used it on the cupcakes we made for the Roundabouts Cupcake Sleeves (check out the giveaway here!)
"Especially Dark" Chocolate Frosting
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
2/3 c. Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa
3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Coupons:
$.50/2 Land O Lakes Butter coupon from 10/24 SS
$0.35/1 Domino Sugar printable coupon or $0.40/1 or $0.65/2 Domino sugar from 11/14 RP
$0.50/1 McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract coupon or $0.25/1 any McCormick extract coupon from 11/7 RP
Combine butter and cocoa. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency. Add small amount additional milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla extract. Yields about 2 cups frosting
