Day 10: Schwan's Review & Pie a la Mode Giveaway

Schwan's sent me several items to try out.  My favorite was Raspberry Rumble Ice Cream - vanilla ice cream, with a raspberry puree swirl, chocolate-covered raspberry truffles, and raspberry-coated
crunchy clusters.  It was absolutely amazing - one of the best ice cream flavors I have ever tasted! 

The Old-Fashioned Apple Pie was also excellent and weighs in at a whopping 3 pounds.  It tasted homemade and for the size it is an great value.  We ate it warm topped with vanilla bean ice cream... oh so good!  My 17-month-old Liberty was too full to finish her bowl, but later we found her sitting at the kitchen table with the bowl in her lap eating some more!  Little monkey.

 
We loved the Buffalo Chicken Dip and quickly devoured it!  The dip is layered with ranch flavored cream cheese, spicy shredded buffalo chicken, and topped with creamy shredded cheese.  It was fantastic with tortilla chips!  We also tried the Cheese Balls - cheese curds with a crunchy coating - which were yummy dipped in ranch dressing. (Not diet food but hey, cheese is worth it, right?)
