Heads up moms with little ones - a fantastic fitness program called Stroller Strides is coming to Evansville this month! Stroller Strides is a total body workout for moms to do with their kids in strollers. It combines power walking, body toning and fun interaction with the kids in an hour long workout! And right now the first 8 moms who sign up for Stroller Strides will receive FREE registration (a $75 value)!
Stroller Strides also features a weekly playgroup after class called the Luna Moms Club. This playgroup is free for anyone and you do not have to be a Stroller Strides member to participate. Luna Moms Club also plans a monthly Moms Night Out as well as quarterly charity events.
The Stroller Strides Grand Opening will be held at the Newburgh Rivertown Trail (next to Pet Food Center, across the street from St. John Church on Hwy 662) on Wednesday, October 19th at 9 am. In case of rain, it will be held at Club Face on the Lloyd across from Schnucks. You won't want to miss this because the Grand Opening features a FREE Stroller Strides class, goodie bags, refreshments, and a fun playgroup activity for the kiddos after class! Plus if you are one of the first eight moms to sign up you will receive FREE registration. Anyone else who signs up the day of the grand opening will receive 50% off registration. You can also purchase a 10 Class Pass for $90 (regularly $110) the day of the event.
I am very excited about Stroller Strides and plan on trying it out with my two-year-old Liberty who enjoys stroller rides still.
