Coffee-mate Cafe Collection Creamer Review & Prize Pack Giveaway

Earlier this year, I told you about Coffee-mate's new Café Collection - Café Latte, Caramel Macchiatto, and White Chocolate Caramel.  Now they've added three new flavors, Café Mocha, Hazelnut Latte, and Vanilla Latte!

I don't like drinking plain coffee, but I do love liberal amounts of Coffee-mate's flavored creamer mixed with some coffee.  This week, I tried out some Coffee-mate creamer with an iced coffee recipe using a neat stir-and-sip cup that Coffee-mate sent me.

Iced Machiatto or Latte

1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons Café Collection NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
Ice cubes or coffee ice cubes
3/4 to 1 cup coffee, room temperature

Mix milk and Coffee-mate creamer in a tall glass. Fill glass with ice. Pour coffee over top.

I really enjoyed this recipe, especially since I don't like a strong coffee flavor.  (You could always adjust the milk and coffee amounts based on your taste preferences).  My brothers are visiting me so they tried out this recipe with me and they also loved it.  In fact, they loved it so much that we literally finished the entire bottle of Coffee-mate in one day.  I am not kidding!  They were drinking it out straight out of the bottle!
