Thomas & Friends: Day of the Diesels Movie Review & Giveaway

Fans of Thomas & Friends will be glad to know that there's a new full-length movie just released this month!  Day of the Diesels features CG-animation and two new friends, firefighting engines Flynn and Belle.  Although both of my kids love watching Thomas, Liberty crashed early and Peter and Daddy had a movie night and watched Day of the Diesels together.   Peter thoroughly enjoyed this adventure about loyalty and friends working together.  I'm sure he'll be watching it again soon with Liberty!

The back cover description reads:
The Steamies and the Diesels face off in this action-packed movie adventures! There's a fire on Sodor and two new firefighting engines - Flynn and Belle - arrive to help Thomas and Percy save the day! When Thomas starts spending all of his time with Sodor's newest heroes, Percy is drawn to the Dieselworks, where he is made to feel special by the master of mischief himself, Diesel 10! The DVD also includes some fun features - "Day of the Diesels" karaoke song, "hear the Engines Coming" karaoke song, "steamie and Diesels - Learn How They Work!" video, and "Fiery Flynn to the Rescue" game.  My son Peter discovered the "Fiery Flynn" game and is now addicted!  He was so proud that he knew how to play the game using the DVD remote all by himself! 

"Thomas & Friends: Day of the Diesels" runs for approximately 58 minutes and is targeted to children ages 2 through 5.  It retails for $19.98 and is currently $13.99 on Amazon!
