Gorton's Grilled Seafood Review & Giveaway - 3 Winners

Seafood is a tasty treat, especially when it's grilled to perfection, but when we've got a triple digit heat index who wants to stand outside next to a grill? Gorton's has released a new line of grilled fish fillets and shrimp that give you the flavor of freshly grilled seafood in the convenience of a frozen package with no grill required!

I recently tried Gorton's Lemon Butter Grilled Salmon. The package contained two fillets which were baked in the oven and come out tasting superb! The fillets baked for 14 minutes and weren't dry and had a perfect texture. The lemon butter flavor was just right, and prep couldn't have been easier. I simply dropped the fillets in a baking dish....

...baked per the instructions on the back of the box, and then added a side of my own.


Voila! A quick, easy, and delicious seafood meal! The box also includes instructions for microwaving the fish, which I did at work with another variety, the Lemon Pepper Grilled Fillets. It was almost as good as the oven-baked version, and microwaving was even more convenient to fix at the office.
