Recipe: Easy Cheese Ball
Well I've haven't been keeping up with posting a new recipe each week, so I want to start doing that again! Here's a simple and inexpensive cheese ball that is great for a crowd. Last year I made this for a Super Bowl party and used food coloring to dye it blue for the Colts... so you can also get creative with it!
Easy Cheese Ball
2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. each oregano, garlic powder, & minced onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Let the cream cheese soften to about room temperature, then combine all ingredients in a bowl. Using your hands to form into a large ball (try using a sheet of plastic wrap so that your hands stay clean!). Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
