One Woman's Vision: Eunice Kennedy Shriver changed the world for the better like few others in history. With a vision all her own, she saw beyond every horizon to create new opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities.
Special Olympics and Best Buddies is leading the world in a celebration of the inspiration, impact and indomitable spirit of Eunice Kennedy Shriver. "Eunice Kennedy Shriver Day" (EKS Day) is promoting a global call for people to commit acts of inclusion, acceptance and unity for individuals with intellectual disabilities (EKS ACTS).
We'd love for each and everyone to participate and get your friends involved by "tagging" 5 friends with a little link love encouraging them to get involved and to "tag" 5 more people as a way to pay it forward. If everyone can "tag" friends, we all can help spread the word about the EKS foundation.
Here is a simple write up to help you out:
"I pledge to do (fill in the blank) on EKS Day, and I tag my 5 friends (list them here) and challenge you to tell us what you pledge to do on EKS Day."
