The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced that Build-A-Bear is recalling the Color Hearts Teddy Bears due to the bear's eyes being a choking hazard. If you have one of the bears - even if you don't have a purchase receipt - you can bring the bear into any Build-A-Bear store and exchange it for a coupon for any available stuffed animal.
