Ronald McDonald House, provides care, comfort and shelter to the families of critically ill children. At the Ronald McDonald House in Evansville, they deal primarily with two family groups – those dealing with either a premature birth whose child will spend significant time at the NICU, and those who are participating in the St. Mary’s feeding clinic, which is a applied behavioral analysis clinic designed to help children learn to eat. Families travel from around the country to participate, and can spend up to six weeks at the house in Evansville getting the therapy their child needs.
