Valentine's Day is just around the corner and a great time to make some fun heart-shaped food! Maybe a little bit corny, but kids LOVE stuff like this! I know my kids go crazy whenever I make them Mickey shaped pancakes - which is easy enough to do without a mold, but a heart shape is a bit more challenging to freehand.

If you have the cookie cutters you can cut the shapes after the pancakes are cooked. Of course, then mom has to eat all the scraps. Thanks for the reminder!
