*Expired* Sample of Tom's of Maine Silly Strawberry Kid's Toothpaste

Tom's of Maine is offering a FREE sample of Silly Strawberry Kid's Toothpaste!   There are a few short questions to answer on the request form.  The sample should arrive in 4-6 weeks.

I am really interested in this because my 2-year-old Liberty does not like mint toothpaste so maybe she'll like this one!
