FREE Scary Face Pancake from IHOP

Kids 12 and under can enjoy a FREE scary face pancake at IHOP tomorrow, Friday October 29!  Kids get to decorate their own pancake with candy corn and mini Oreos!  Participation may vary by location; the Evansville location is participating.
